What this status check covers
Authentication path
Covers the service boundary used by dashboard sessions and Source credentials.
Action processing
Checks the infrastructure that stores Actions and queues terminal callback delivery.
If your workflow still looks stuck
A healthy readiness check means the API and database are reachable; it does not confirm a specific Source key, callback endpoint, network path, or local runner. Retry the request once with the same idempotency key, then inspect the Action and Webhook logs in the dashboard. Keep the request ID, timestamp with timezone, and HTTP status when contacting support, but redact credentials and customer payloads.
